How to identify the quality of prefab container house?

Prefab container house is a type of prefabricated house with the similar appearance of the shipping container, which has the excellence of integrity framework, high-level prefabrication, easy assembly, modularization for flexible combination and bodily movement.

Along with the wide application of prefab container house now, and numerous from different suppliers, most customer might have the question of "How to identify the quality of prefab container house?". Here I would like to summarize as below.

1. Structural Frame

How to connect and what materials to be used for the steel structural frame components, have decisive effect on the quality of the prefab container house. Bearing structure’s strength or steel profile’s thickness are different, the support limit of the prefab container house different. This is the exact reason of some container module can be stacked three layers while some can be only one layer.

2. Envelope System

The envelope system of the prefab container module includes wall and ceiling, which are mainly made of insulated metal sandwich panel. The quality of insulated metal sandwich panel is the direct influence of its service life. The panel’s quality is embodied in thickness and core density.

2.1 Basilar Plate Thickness

The basilar plate of insulated metal sandwich panel is pre-painted galvanized iron sheet, with thickness from 0.15mm to 0.5mm. The thicker, the stronger, the better quality, the longer lifetime.

2.2 Core Material And Density

As per customer’s requirement on thermal insulation, heat preservation and fire protection, the core material can be polystyrene (EPS), polyurethane (PU), fiber glass or rock wool. The thicker and bigger density of the core, the better performance of its insulation, and the better quality of the whole prefab container house.

3. Drainage System

A good drainage system can effectively solve the problem of water leakage, which makes positive sense on user experience and increase in life span for the prefab container house.

Explanation:

1.Zambia Ch**** University bought a K Modular House, which will be used as their classroom, and knock down flat pack container house, which will be used as a mobile lavatory.

2.We supplied a video of installation guidance while delivery materials. So it's easy for our customer to assemble the prefabricated building themselves.

3.Knowing that glass window will be easy broken during transportation,we have loaded 4 extra windows as back up.
